What an exciting day! Our first pupils arrived this morning full of excitement and anticipation for their first day at Your Ideas School.
We spent the morning getting to know each other, choosing items for our Happy Boxes, sharing a story and having breakfast and lunch together.
We are so proud of all of the children and how they embraced the transition into their new environment, which included working with and meeting new people (and dogs!).
We enjoyed sharing the story “The Koala Who Could” by Rachel Bright. Just like Kevin the Koala, the children showed us that they ‘can-do’ and learnt that “life can be great when you try something new!”
