I am the Headteacher of Your Ideas School. I have a PhD in Psychology, as well as experience in educational research and working with children with SEN and SEMH needs.

I understand the complexities of child development and the impact that attachment, trauma, genetics, mental health and environment can have on a child’s learning and wellbeing.

I am committed to creating a school environment where children feel safe, secure and ready to learn and are celebrated for their individual talents.

I am the Education Lead and Deputy Headteacher at Your Ideas School. I have over twenty years' experience in the Primary Education sector and thoroughly enjoy teaching across this age range.

I believe that building relationships with pupils is fundamental to their development and that every child can thrive in the right setting with the correct people supporting them.

I have been a SENDCo and have an interest in tailoring curriculums to meet individual needs. I aim to make our school setting a place in which children are comfortable, where they can achieve their potential and most importantly, a place that they are excited to visit each day!        

I’m Benny and I’m a miniature Pomeranian. I am a rescue dog from Ukraine. I love walks, lots of fuss, treats and most of all, people! I live with two children and love playing with them, but I’m also very calm and relaxed.

I’m Bella and I’m a Miniature Cockapoo. I am a friendly, loving and calm dog.

I live with three children and love to play, go for walks and have cuddles. I am a great listener.
